The before images reveal an outdated porch with worn cladding and aged framework, lacking curb appeal and functionality.Our team replaced the entire structure with a double-glazed panels, a robust insulated door, and contemporary flooring. Works Progress

Our work began with the foundations, ensuring the extension was built on a solid and durable base. We then moved on to the precise construction of the walls, delivering both structural integrity and accuracy.

Once the walls were complete, we progressed to the floor installation, ensuring a stable and level foundation for the new living space. Finally, the project was completed with the ceiling and roof installation, making the extension fully weatherproof and ready for finishing touches.

This client’s property was experiencing internal dampness, outdated windows, and a neglected front garden which was no longer functional. After being referred by a previous client, they reached out to Adam Construction Group for a complete exterior renovation.

Complete driveway installation with high-quality pavers slabs, the driveway was designed with a slight slope, to ensure adequate drainage into recently installed ground-level gutters.

Installing a remote-controlled gate to provide safe and easy access.

Setting up a mains-powered intercom system to improve communication and safety

Exterior wall rendering and patchwork repairs are necessary to remove obvious damage and produce a new, seamless finish.

Marble Tiled Kitchen

This kitchen renovation was all about transforming a dated space into a sleek, luxurious cooking and dining area. The client selected a stylish gold-themed colour scheme, which we brought to life through thoughtful design and expert craftsmanship.

  • Self-levelled the floor to ensure a flawless finish

  • Re-plumbed and re-wired the entire kitchen due to outdated systems

  • installed new light fixtures, rewired the ceiling, painted the ceiling, and replaced all of the outdated lighting.

Our work included:

extending the existing porch structure to create a more defined entrance, followed by a full exterior rendering of the property. We addressed the client's concerns about the home’s outdated appearance by applying a clean, modern grey render, giving the façade a refreshed and contemporary finish. The result is a more welcoming and visually appealing exterior that seamlessly blends style with lasting durability, leaving the client extremely satisfied with the outcome.

Full Interior Transformation

This project involved a complete internal strip-out, making way for a luxury open-plan living space that combines elegance with modern functionality.

Our work included:

  • Underfloor heating was installed to provide constant warmth and comfort.

  • New RSJ beams were used to replace the structural walls, resulting in a roomy and smooth open-plan design.

Roofing Renovation

This project involved a full roofing renovation for a residential property in West London. Our scope of work included the safe supply, erection, and dismantling of scaffolding across the front and rear elevations, ensuring safe access throughout the build.

The flat roof section was upgraded using a two-layer torch-on system, and loft insulation was installed to improve energy efficiency.

Every detail from waste clearance to the finishing patination oil on the leadwork was completed to our high professional standard.

We managed all material sourcing and installation, which were fitted to precise specifications, ensuring durability and weather resistance.

Garden Landscape

Adam Construction Group completed a garden transformation project designed to enhance both style and functionality.

Our work included:
